In the event you received your order and need to return it, please contact us immediately with the following information:
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined below, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items returned are thoroughly checked: Item must be unused, unworn & unwashed with all tags attached (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear, makeup stains, covered in human/animal hair, etc.). All hurleys must be unmarked, unused and unaltered. Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned to you.
Where an item was purchased on sale/clearance a refund may not always be possible.
Socks can only be returned where they are unworn and sealed in their original packaging.
Refunds can only be made via the same payment method/account used when placing the order.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
For single item returns, we will refund the total value of the order
For multiple item returns, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs and return shipping costs.
Returns can take up to 5 working days to process. Please note, payments can take up to 5 workings days to show in your account.
If you input the incorrect address during checkout, we cannot be held accountable if your order is not delivered. We are not liable for a refund in this case.

Hurley Orders: Although every effort is made to produce the highest quality hurley possible, Bourke Sports cannot guarantee how long each hurley will last. Provided the hurley has not been used, altered or broken a refund may be issued. Due to the specific requirements we sometimes receive we do our very best to tailor every hurley to suit our customer’s needs. However, a refund may not always be possible.
