I want to cancel my order
You can cancel your Bourke Sports order within 30 minutes of placing your order, by logging into the “My Account” section. Please note, we work quickly to get your order dispatched as soon as possible so it may not always be possible to cancel your order, especially if it has already been dispatched.
I want to change my address
We work quickly to dispatch your order ASAP, so once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes to your billing/delivery address. However, please contact us immediately and a member of the Bourke Sports team will do their best to make any necessary changes that are possible.
I have received a faulty/damaged/defected item
In the event you have received a defective item, or if your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with the following information:
All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the Bourke Sports team, we cannot action a refund, or replacement.
Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly to ensure the problem is rectified ASAP.
Please notify us before returning any damaged goods.
I have received the wrong item
Once we have received the above information, a member of the Bourke Sports team will work quickly to ensure the correct item gets to you ASAP.
Unless proof that you received the incorrect item has been verified, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
You may be required to return the incorrect item, but a member of the Bourke Sports team will advise you how to return the item.

I’ve place an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email
After completing the payment process you should receive an order confirmation email. Generally, this is due to an incorrect email address or the email may have gone to the spam or promotional inbox. Please check all your inboxes.
If you have entered the correct email address but did not receive a conformation email please contact us so a member of the Bourke Sports team can try to locate your order. We will need your full name and delivery address to find your order.
My order status is Complete, but I have not received my order
Status ‘Complete’ simply means your order has been successfully packed, dispatched and should be on its way to you. Our delivery timelines can be viewed here.
If you have not received your order 48 hours after the designated order timeline please contact us with your order number and we will track down your parcel ASAP.
